ChanghongIT signed Oracle CX cloud service memorandum with Oracle

On June 24, 2016, ChanghongIT and Oracle CX Cloud Business Strategic Cooperation Launch Meeting was held in Beijing. In the meeting, both parties signed the Oracle CX cloud service memorandum.
