The Cloud Computing Service Capability Certificate is an authoritative qualification issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is the most powerful evidence for cloud service integration operation and maintenance and enterprise cloud computing construction. It is widely used in information construction bidding and is one of the main substitute qualifications for system integration qualification.

Recently, the Information Technology Service Standards of China Electronics Standardization Association (hereinafter referred to as ITSS) issued a notice announcing a number of units that have passed the Cloud Computing Service Capability compliance, in which ChanghongIT has received the SaaS Level 2 qualification.

ITSS Cloud Computing Service Capability compliance assessment is carried out by ITSS, according to the Guide on Building the Cloud Computing Integrated Standardization System issued by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). At present, the ITSS cloud computing service capability assessment is classified into four levels. 19 companies, including ChanghongIT, Aliyun, Kingdee Software, Inspur and Sugon, received the Level 2 certificate for cloud computing SaaS service capabilities ( Level 2 is currently the highest rating of SaaS service standards) ; Aliyun, Huawei, Tencent and Inspur received the Level 1 certificate (the recipients of the Level 1 certificate are all IaaS service standard ratings).

Meanwhile, the Cloud Computing Service Capability Certificate is an authoritative qualification issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
