Avaya Channel University Training Springing up and Booming

Avaya’s FY13 fourth-phase of channel university training opened at Wudang Mountain, Hubei on August 20, 2013. The channel elites from three provinces in Central China gathered together and received the four-day closed training.

Since it opened last year, Avaya Channel University has successfully held six phases of training and aroused a strong response in channels. More than 200 trainees have graduated. Besides first-tier cities like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, it is pushing into second-tier cities this year, to facilitate more channel cooperative partners to take part in the training. It is intended to improve their professional skills such as sales skills and technical expertise and further improve their cooperative compactness.
